• অনন্যা আবাসিক এলাকার ৪টি লটের মধ্যে ৩ ও ৪ নং লটের অভ্যন্তরীন রাস্তা ও ড্রেনের কাজ চলমান।  ১ ও ২ নং লটের অভ্যন্তরীন রাস্তা ও ড্রেনের কাজ সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। ইতোমধ্যে উক্ত ২টি লটে বিদ্যুৎ ও পানি সরবরাহ লাইন স্থাপনের কাজ সমাপ্ত হয়েছে। চট্টগ্রাম ওয়াসা কর্তৃক কর্ণফুলী পানি সরবরাহ প্রকল্পের আওতায় অকি্রাজেনকুয়াইশ সংযোগ সড়কের  মধ্য দিয়ে ১২০০ মিঃ মিঃ (৪ ফুট)  ব্যাসের ডাকটাইল আয়রন পাইপ বসানোর কাজ চলমান থাকায় উক্ত রাস্তার উন্নয়ন কাজের অগ্রগতি চরমভাবে ব্যাহত হয়েছে। তাছাড়া অনন্যা আবাসিক এলাকায়  নির্মাণ সামগ্রী পরিবহনের জন্য রাস্তাটি একমাত্র মাধ্যম হিসেবে ব্যবহ্নত হয় বিধায় অনন্যা আ/এলাকার অভ্যন্তরের কাজের অগ্রগতিও চরমভাবে ব্যাহত হয়েছে। বর্তমানে চট্টগ্রাম ওয়াসার কাজ প্রায় শেষ পর্যায়ে । অকি্রাজেন কুয়াইশ সংযোগ সড়কের উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পের কাজ পুরোদমে চলছে।

Specialists saw that the 'Sidestep Road' will get pace development of vehicles from south Chattogram and a few territories of the north Chattogram.
